Building Water Damage

These commercial before and after pictures come from a water damage job in a Curtis Bay office building. This building suffered water damage when water came into the property.

SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore responded to the call early on a Thursday morning and began extraction immediately to reduce damage. We helped manage the insurance paperwork and process for the business owner. 

When your property suffers water damage, please understand that there are different types of water and each requires proper cleaning. Clean water is water from rainwater or broken pipe. However, clean water becomes gray if left untreated which allows bacteria to grow.  Black water is typically caused by flooding from any type of natural disaster or sewage damage.
