HVAC Water Leak

The SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore team was called about mold in a condominium. The mold was caused by water that wasn’t properly dried after a leak from an HVAC unit in a different condominium unit in the floor above.

SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore assessed the mold and determined that remediation was necessary to stop mold growth.

Keep in mind, any water that sits will generate mold. It’s important to act quickly when you have moisture in your property. The combination of moisture and warm temperatures is the perfect environment for mold growth.
